For easy and direct access to the world of networked knowledge,
you may wish to refer to our basic package. It includes all
essential portal functions and even first options for
individual adjustments.
Alternatively, we create your individual portal. In close
coordination with you, we select the best services and
features from our extensive portfolio.
Training sessions, workshops as well as support are all
carried out upon demand and will be invoiced individually.
Ongoing hosting service charges will be invoiced monthly.
The Basic Package
...is the perfect option for you, if you aim to work
head-on with your own web portal which comes fully
equipped with key interactive features:
Our basic portals allow users to easily create and
edit (content on) websites, add comments, pictures
or any other files, as well as to gather documents,
jointly manage appointments and events and send
internal messages - to name a few examples.
We will set up your entry-level portal, make first
individual adjustments and offer a training course
to train key users how to handle the portal.
The basic package comes at a flat rate of € 3.500, - (plus VAT).

inform you about our service portfolio and also offer
advise about the many possibilities, from functional
extensions to more individual designs or

Our complete service portfolio
...includes a variety of features and tools, which
will meet even your highly specific and demanding
requirements. We will be happy to explain to you all
options in more detail and point out the concrete
benefits of each of them. Extensions of the portal
are possible at any time.
Our services, from consulting, analyzing your specific requirements to developing a full concept, will be charged on the basis of our daily consulting fee of: € 790, - (plus VAT)
IT implementation and development services will be charged on the basis of a daily IT fee of: € 490, - (plus VAT)
Workshops, Trainings & Hosting
We offer the following types of training:
- Group training
- Training of a designated portal administrator
- Individual Training
The basic package includes one training session.
Users will get an overview of the structure and basic
functions of the new portal and learn how to use it,
i.e. how to contribute, edit, organize content as
well as add links and files. In case of a more
complex solution, we presuppose at least one
additional training day in order to guarantee that
you and your users will be able to manage the portal.
Additional training will be offered on demand.
Any type of training as well as practice workshops will be charged on a daily basis of: € 800 (plus VAT)
We host your data on a server specially obtained for you.
Our contracted hosting service charge is calculated
based on the server capacity as well as the time and
effort for maintaining your server and software.
Data security and performance are of paramount
importance for us.
The hosting service charge depends on server capacity and price as issued by vendor as well as maintenance effort (ø 2 hours per month): starting from 150 € / month (plus VAT), or as agreed.
