Coconets developed an interactive company intranet for the pharmacy group SaniPlus, including all 200 employees working in four different branches.

• The web-based intranet is devided into four different business areas, all featuring a unique design and content. The portal grants all 200 employees centralized access to all business areas, relevant information and dates.
• The intranet features an advanced search, including the options to search within profile groups and event categories. Additionally, we set up an individual archive that allows users to easily search for documents, any kind of contributions or company-related events.
• Providing all employees with centralized access to important news helps improve the information flow within the company. Equally, by allowing users to post personal information their profiles, to write comments, or to jointly work on duty rosters, internal communication and team-play have been enhanced.
