Working closely with VSP staff members, Coconets
conceptualized and implemented this company-wide, internal
portal for communication and knowledge-sharing in a very
short time. The portal is the central platform for all
employees to easily gather and retrieve information.
Furthermore, they are allowed to freely contribute
information and knowledge concerning clients and projects.
The portal fosters the direct exchange between employees;
furthermore,
it provides insights into other departments,
office branches and the management.
- The portal is linked to VSP business processes and thus essential part of the company's daily operations. What makes it so special is that employees themselves are responsible for keeping up to date and informing each other about what happened and what is up, respectively.
